 The sights of Torrevieja are welcoming to any traveler or visitor. Generally a resort with the Costa Blancan region, it is a popular tourist spot because of its beautiful sceneries, and wonderful beaches. Being easily accessible is also one of the reasons why tourism has shot up considerably in the past years as getting to the place is only a mere forty minutes when driven from the Alicante airport. It is also about an hour's drive to other places in Costa Blanca such as Benidorm and the like.
